We understand that there may be situations where you want to return a purchase, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 14 days of subscription completion. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at refund@underrated.cc with your order number and the reason for return, and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, our team will manually process it. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your request to process your refund.
